    Did you uninstall your old version before attempting to install the new
version? What version are you currently running (version # and Free, Plus,
or Pro)? What version are you trying to install. Initial advice would be
to uninstall your old version, and then manually make sure the files are
gone (from the link below), and then install the new version.

You want #1, select your OS, and then follow instructions:
