How can I do it in Win98SE? The checkbox is greyed out....

If I did 5. - should I still try to do 3. ?
Will everything work fine if I really disable NetBios?
As I understand - I cannot disable NetBios for LAN adapter,
only for Dial-Up (xDSL) adapter?

One of the guys who was so kind and testet my system (scanned the ports)
said that I have 137, 139 and 443 open in UDP.
Is it very dangerous?
Why doesn't ZA close them by default?
He also said I have SMTP and POP3 ports open -
- I don't understand how, since I don't hava a mail server set up here.
Thanks!
