Zone Alarm is not as good as they advertise it to be. Also if its not
configured properly, which can be a nightmare (or impossible) on some
systems it's as good as not having it at all. First of all disable Windows
networking and Netbios on the adapter that connects to your DSL appliance.
Then go out and buy a reasonably priced cable/dsl router. A router is almost
idiot proof so it takes limited knowledge to set it up properly. Ask a
friend that you consider the geekiest to help you set things up if you need
assistance.
