I look up the details in blackholes.us to identify the whole block of IPs
used by the sender, then use samspade to put a server name to the IPs
(probably superfluous, but I like to keep a list of the IPs owned by the
various spamlords)

You can if you wish easily block just the incoming mail & allow other
traffic with 'reject ip from <korean_IP> to any 25>', however I figure that
if anyone is stupid enough to keep sending cr*p in a language that I don't
understand & have no intention of learning, then they have no right to
invade my personal space.
