Is ZoneAlarm 1.0.122 still ok to use?

I've been using ZAPro version 1 since it came out. I've had one update
to version 1.0.122. I'm also on a Win98 machine and, so far, have had
no known problems using this version. Port probes, and other tests at
www.grc.com show the firewall is tight. Would there be any real
advantage to upgrading to a newer ZA? I don't care about ad blocking
and stuff like that. I have a pop-up blocker that works just fine for
my use. Just want to hear what you guys think. :)
