It's worth pointing out that this'll make absolutely no difference to the
amount of spam you receive when downloading mail via PO3, or reading your
news, which was the original question :-)

If you're running your own SMTP then it's another story as there are DNSBLs
out there solely to list Korean/Chinese IP ranges.
