I have ZA Pro 2.6.362 running on XP and I get such a notification ("Do you
wish to allow - to connect to the internet?") if my DHCP server has to be
started manually (about 1 in 8 boot-ups, I believe an ISP problem) and
Norton AV comes in AFTER ZA.
I believe (in my case, yours may be different) that it's an internal problem
with Norton, which normally scans before ZA loads, thereby invoking no popup
alert.
