When you go to Packet Filtering en choose the line with the rule for ICMP
and click Edit, you can edit several part of this part, like:
ICMP types: echo reply, echo request and so on. (I have a Dutch version, so
I"m sorry for translation for particular field names).
Whit V-mark I mean there are little white squars in teh edit fields which
can be enabled (V) or disabled.
BTW. I checked my server and find out that Event Viewer send a message that
checking for DHCP renewal had failed again. So, I guess that the problem
might be else where. I'm still trying and hope that one of these days you
or me (or one of the other readers) will find an solution/answer. For now I
think it is not Winroute that causes the trouble but something inside the
configuration in Win NT 4.0 server (????). Big question: where???
