I think you will find that most of the major firewall vendors make a device
that will do what you want [cisco PIX, netscreen, Nortel Contivity, Nokia,
etc.] but it will not be low priced. Of the two just mentioned, netscreen
is said to be easier to configure, as it has a better gui. You can't get
much more "hardware-based" than Netscreen, as it is ASIC-based, if that sort
of thing is important to you.
