Firewall error - destination? port? source?

I receive the following message (see below). The MAC address is my server.
The port (I believe) is a netbios broadcast.
My question is: Why is the destination 192.168.100.207? A quick search
reveals the 'owner' to be Internet Assigned Numbers Authority in the US
(iana.org).

Any ideas?
