No way. If you check the system requirements for SEF 7.0 you'll find
that XP is not supported as a platform. You need Windows 2000 Server
(or NT 4.0 if you still have it), and quite rightly so. Put simply,
SEF is a server application and XP is a workstation platform. So, SOL.
Whether SEF should be able to distinguish XP from 2000 during
installation, and state more clearly that it won't run there, is a
different question.
