   PC Flank "test results" are bogus many times. My ISP at the head-end
blocks ports 135 through 139. Thus with no firewall running here at all
I can get stealth on those ports at GRC. But even with a firewall
running PC Flank says it finds those same ports "open and vulnerable".

  Obviously at least in this scenario PC Flank is all fucked up....
