Since original poster asked for a linux firewall, I love to see others
mention *BSD's. I would like to suggest solaris w/ checkpoint....see
that doesnt work though.

Anyways freshmeat pulls up 300+ matches. But you will need to
install/harden linux and you these programs more for configuration of
your firewall and logging. Also one not metioned which is linux based is
netmax.
