It might not be ZA - the voice and video parts of MSN Messenger only work if
you're not using NAT (ie. a different IP address on your machine that is
actually visible from the Internet). Have you tried disabling ZA and see if
it works? If it does then you should be able to tell ZA to allow MSN to act
as server, that should let the voice and video work as it requires that UDP
and TCP connections are made to MSN rather than passing all data out via a
central server like the text part is.
