zone alarm & instant messanger

i am running win xp, and trying to use the video and voice feature of
microsoft IM. i can't seam to make connections while running zone alarm, i
figure that i need to open up a port(s) but i have looked all over and can't
seam to find any info on which ports are used for IM when doing
voice/video... the text part of IM works fine, only have problems when
trying to use voice/video feature
