How about posting your defined rules and public servers? Probably one or
both is the problem. Generally, when you define a public server (e.g. an
SMTP server), you need both to define the server as public (to route the
traffic), and a rule to allow the traffic.
Also, "No Email" hardly describes the problem. What are you expecting to
happen?
