I could be wrong, but I have been told that XP firewall cannot be
configured, that the rules you're referring to under IP Security are
separate from the XP firewall. If this is true, I'd recommend a hardware
and software firewall instead. See the "Linksys BEFSR41 Blocking" post for
recommendations.
