I like Kerio a LOT. I cannot recommend Outpost as of yet. I had a really
wierd anomaly happen to me while Outpost was installed on my pc. I didn't
do a lot of investigating at the time (I'm sorry for that) but here's the
gist of what happened.
I left my computer on overnight, which I frequently do while I'm home. I
woke up the next morning to check email and there was a message on my screen
"Click OK and Outpost will close" I had Outpost on my machine for about a
week and hadn't seen that. I indeed clicked OK, which was my only option
button, and Outpost closed! Like I said before, I didn't investigate to
much and uninstalled Outpost and put Sygate on my pc. No problems
whatsoever with this firewall.
Anyone else see this type of problem with Outpost? It shouldn't be that
easy to 'turnoff' a firewall especially if the computer was just sitting
here.
Any comments?
