Been a long long time since I've played with Citrix and ICA clients, but...
Sounds like it's the login script that's not propogated within all the
servers in the server farm. ie, the server that authenticates at the time
either doesn't have the script, the correct version, or possibly file
permissions on the script stopping it from executing properly. Other than
that, could be something in the ICA connection properties on one of the
servers. What I would do if I were you is test a few things...
Once logged in, if <C> gets mapped, open a cmd prompt and type: set
logonserver
See what server authenticates you.
Try again on others or what not, until you don't get the <C> and do set
logonserver again to see if it's a different server. If so, atleast you'll
be able to eliminate it easier, and thus be able to focus on that specific
server.
I could be way way off here in my thinking, it's been a couple years since I
played with Citrix so if I am, I appolgize.. ;-)
Just some suggestions in case. Hope this helps some-what.
Regards.
