Your problem is that your ISP(AT&T) has the MAC address of your computer's
network card assigned to your account. That's the MAC address they know
about.

Now you have gone and put a router between the ISP and your computer. The
router has its own MAC address, which is different from the one the computer
has, therefore, your access is being denied.

You got two ways to correct this and are the following:

1) Call your ISP and let them know you have a router and that you want the
router's MAC address to be used.
2) Use the Linksys router feature that allows the router to clone the
computer's network card MAC address.

IPCONFIG /all will give you the network card's MAC address and you can also
do IPCONFIG /release and IPCONFIG /renew on the computer's network to get
new DHCP.
