FYI: Zone Labs (ZAP) may be responding after all

Zone Labs Customer Support may be taking a bum rap for not responding,
when in fact they did respond. Look at the top of your inbox if you
sort mail by ascending date, or filter messages from Zone Labs into
its own mailbox.

The vendor of their email transfer system is apparently issuing a
malformed date on the response: ddd mmm dd hh:mm:ss yyyy.

Eudora, for one, interprets this format as 'no date', substitutes a
empty field, and sorts the message first in the list of ascending
message dates.

Here is a snippet from a header that shows a date in the mailbox: ddd,
dd mmm yyyy hh:mm:ss
X-Header-Date: 18-Mar-2002
<snip>
