No, you can run the firewall in a transparent mode (bridging mode), but you
do need to have one IP to actually assign to the SonicWall so you can manage
it.

With all that being said you want to make sure you know your requirements.
The SonicWall devices are not the most high performance on the market and I
know from real world experience that a SonicWall Pro with a fairly complex
rule set won't handle any more then about 6300 concurrent connections, so
just be aware and do your research. For Webserver infrastructure I like
Cisco's Products on the low end and NetScreen on the high end.
