Your traffic is being passed through a content filter. SurfControl allows
admins to report on internet usage, maintain logs of all users' activity,
and also apply certain restrictions (such as the one that you have
encountered). Just ask your admin, and he/she would surely make
arrangements. It's not hard on their end...
