    Here's a great program to clean up any leftover registry entries. It's not the
    regular Registry Cleaner but a better one.

    Apparently ZA doesn't like to go backwards and sometimes exhibits problems with
    forward installs. You could uninstall the trial or whatever you have on there
    now, then use this to remove all Zone Labs entries in the registry and then
    reinstall either one.
