If you trust the other machine you are connecting to, just allow all
traffic from that IP address, leaving all ports closed to traffic from
other addresses and so not rendering your firewall useless

However, the real question AIUI was will it work with NAT, the simple
answer is no, unless you either
a) port map all incoming NetMeeting sessions to a specific machine
b) run a H.323 gateway on your NATing router
c) read up about UPnP NAT Traversal (I haven't)
