Problems with Sygate Personal Firewall 5.0 MS XP

Hi

I have Sygate Personal Firewall 5.0 installed on a MS Windows XP Pro
Machine. Everything is working very well, except if I would like to
shutdown Win XP, it freezes. And I have to switch off the Notebook.

Does anybody know something about this strange behaviour?
