He can't give a technical explanation for that. He just believes that
the buzzword 'stealth' gives him addional protection compared to
'closed'. He believes rather in marketing buzzwords than in technical
facts defined in RfC's, which he has never tried to read or understand.

In former times he would have bought snake oil.
