All testing sites are not created equal. Possibly you are getting
inaccurate results.

In Tiny... just choose to add a rule, specify to deny UDP/TCP port 111, and
save.

However, I'm beginning to doubt your test results. Sometimes, if you have
disabled ICMP (common), you will not receive accurate test results.
