Proxomitron (which has been mentioned).

Also, if you're using IE, choose Tools, choose Internet Options, choose
Security, choose Internet (zone), set to High, choose Custom level, and turn off
*A*L*L* ActiveX, Java, Javascript, applets, etc. Actually, turn off everything
except drag&drop/copy&paste, and submit non-encrypted form data (set that to
prompt); set the User Authentication to prompt for user name and password.

If there are sites you trust, you can put them in the Trusted Sites or
Restricted Sites categories, and loosen the security settings a little.
