Have you applied the latest patch?
isakmpd.exe 01-Nov-2001
vpnd.exe 10-Aug-2001
[ Talking about Raptor 6.5.2 on WNT 4.0 sp6 ]
Getting the patch resulted in a miracle when we suddenly got similar
problems with our VPN - not with the same error message though.
