If any one can lend a hand to help me set this thing up:

I run a ftp. and mIRC and numerous other program, I tranfer allot of
stuff between friends. I have set up the internet and e-mail and the
router (BEFSR41) works like a champ. What I'd like to know is how to
exactly set the ports up to DCC files with mIRC and my ftp. And also
where can I look on my computer to see what ports are being used for
what program. My OS is win XP. I would appreciate any help!!..Thanks.
