Software firewall of choice.

I apologize if this has been asked many times, but a few off-site
employees are in need of a software firewall solution and I'm
wondering what to recommend. I've heard good things about TPF, but
have never used it myself... Have only used ZoneAlarm up until I
upgraded to XP. Many seem to like BlackIce as well.

Any recommendations?
