Your web server should be listening on TCP port 80 at the LAN address of
the machine hosting it.
Port Mapping
Listen Port: 80
Listen IP: <Unspecified>
Protocol: TCP
Destination IP: LAN address of server
Dest. Port: 80
Packet Filter
Incoming
Internet Interface
...
Permit TCP Any host port>1023 -> Any host port=80
...
DHCP is not a consideration unless you use Winroute's DHCP server for your
LAN, in which case the web server's LAN address may change, rendering your
mapping useless.
Note that unless you've got other packet filter rules (specifically, one
that drops or denies unwanted traffic) you don't need a rule to allow
connection to your web server.
However, you do need a port mapping.
