ZoneAlarm blocks internet after restart

After installing ZoneAlarm 2.6.362 on my Windows XP Pro machine,
everything is working fine. But once I shut down the computer and
restart it again the next day, I no longer have a connection with the
internet. All settings seem to be okay and the same as when it was
working for as far as I can tell. When I turn off ZoneAlarm I can
access the internet again so it is apparent that ZoneAlarm is blocking
the connection.

I have to reinstall ZoneAlarm to get my internet connection with
ZoneAlarm firewall back. And then the next restart same problem over
and over again.

Is this restart problem familiar to somebody? Am I doing something
wrong with the settings? Does it have something to do with the boot
order and if so how can I change that? How can I solve or avoid this
problem?
