Did you ask them why your machine crashed 190 times?

Who did? I was one of the first users of ZA and I recommended it to
far more people than would ever listen to you for advice.

What problem was it?

1) Startup problem.

2) Crashing problem.

3) Mysterious ".tmp" files problem.

3) Uninstall problem.

If it wasn't one or more of those then you did not have the kind of
problem that many of us here have experienced - and for which ZLabs
never provided a solution.
