MCast is a multicast protocol, which basically means the packets aren't
passed to a particular computer, but to all computers on a network that
wishes to receive them. Without researching it this looks related to the
plug and play service that is such a weakness in Windows XP. Check that
out, and if it is, do some reading up on the problems related to it :)
