I didn't hold a gun to their heads, I just emailed the tech support
and asked politely for help and gave them specific info when asked.
Voila !! I got an answer.

I found that they listened when I didn't swear at them or belittle
them. Hence I'm not pissed off. And again I got my problem solved. Try
it sometime...
