This is a Trojan Horse trying to see if your computer is running on 12345,
horse named below.

12345 - GabanBus, My Pics, NetBus, Pie Bill Gates, Whack
Job, X-bill

Sounds like your computer is not running this Trojan Horse so are safe. You
might check out who
the IP belongs to and report them to their ISP,
