Block most is like Rules Wizard with an additional rule: At the last
position of the general rules a (invisible) rule blocks all
tcp/udp/*.* traffic. Instead of getting a prompt for ruling the
unknown traffic, the traffic is silently blocked away.
Thats all. Its the old Tiny/Atguard trick to add a block everything
rule at the end of the rulesset.
