This is a known issue with ZA. Your best chance would be uninstalling
ZA,, read this:
http://www.agnitum.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=2033
Download the second-last (!) ZA Version (check newsgroups and boards
if this is bugging around) and install it again.
If this wont help you should get another firewall.
If you want a lot of features with an easy use, try Outpost::

If you want a pure, small firewall use Tiny:
