You might want to check the MTU settings. If you're using PPOE-based
DSL, it's recommended to set the MTU at 1492 instead of the default of
1500. Or that's what we had to do for our DSL connection to solve the
problem of Internet Explorer "getting stuck" when trying to access
some websites.
