Did you try to use a blank password. NT asks for a password during install,
and a lot of people leave this empty.
If this fails, you might try this:
Download http://ntpass.blaa.net/bd011022.zip. Unpack it to the harddisk (of
another computer). Use Winimage to write the binfile to a 3.5" bootflop.
Start the disk. you will now be able to change the administrator password to
something you know.
