I had similar symptons on our DC after being infected with
the Lovgate (f) recently- it "cracked" the current user account
and kind of destroyed the local accounts through depriving the
administrative rights;
IASS was on 100 % all the time, the only thing i could do was
to set it up new...(after hours of battling with the machine..)
