Outlook-attachments canßt be opened

Hi, i´m having the following problem:

Outlook-attachments cannot be opened ater implementing (2K-System)Policies
for 2K-Workstations in an NT4-Domain.

Any guesses on what policy exactly prevents these attachments to open?
both Users and dmins are affected.

(Exchange Server, NT4- Workstations aren´t having any problems)
