    Does anyone know of a good ( reasonably inexpensive/free ) application that
    I can use to monitor a users keystrokes, mouseclicks, apps opening, closing,
    etc. I have a few problems with users that can't seem to give me all the
    "facts" ( big surprise, I know - "Um - did I mention the small fire under my
    desk????" says the user... ) when they're having intermittent problems with
    thier pcs. It would be useful to see what led up to the "failure".
