You're not being entirely clear. Is the only problem
that you don't know how to set the permissions on
a registry key?

If so, are you using Regedt32 to set the registry
permissions for the user? Your statement that you
"can't find a way to do this" suggests you are using
Regedit.

If the problem is something else, post again, giving
details including error messages.
