Giving program to user

    I can't seem to give a user with limited rights permission to run an
    application in WinNT sp6a. I have given ownership of the folder with all of
    the items for the program to the user. In XP, I can give the registry
    entries Full Control for the user and all is fine. I can't find a way to do
    this in NT.
