Yes, I literally mean all of them. I have to one by one go in the
user manager and remove the locked checkmark from each account.
Again, this doesn't happen that often, but it does happen. It
happened while I was running NT4 and now again more recently under
win2k server.

This is a WebServer, not a domain controller by the way. Still hoping
someone has some ideas on why these accounts keep locking.
