I have a Linksys BEFSR41 (4 port) router. I currently have my cable mod
hooked up through the WAN connection with 2 machines (one per 2 ports I'm
    using).

I have a server I'm hooking up to the third port. I have enabled the IP
forwarding to redirect through port 80 on the router and verified I will be
able to serve pages through it (installed IIS on one of the machines prior
to getting the server and served up some pages). I have win2k and IIS
installed on the new server along with all the security patches I could
    locate on ms.com.

    I'm researching 2 things:
#1. How to button down that server with a cheap ~ free? ~ firewall along
with anything else anyone could suggest. I will have FTP on that server as
well. Maybe a mail server as well.
#2. How to ensure the other machines on the router are secure now that I'm
    opening up port 80.

    Thanks for your help/suggestions,
    Derek
