I run Windows NT 4.0 and use Sygate Personal Firewall. Every
    once in a while
when I get connected to the Internet, Remote Access
Connection Manager keeps trying to go out somewhere. I don't
know what this function does. Should I allow it to go throuh
    the firewall?

    Thanks.
